divorce extradiction

im going through a very nasty divorce invloving a child.Allegations of child abuse were investigated by social services and proven to be false.my laywer is forcing me to sign a agreement that i do not like at all.he is stating that if I do not sign this agreement that I must appear in court by a specific date and fight these allegations all over again and face the possibility of more serious charges being presented.Is this possible?

What is he asking you to sign that you do not like? You have been cleared of child abuse charges by the investigating agency.

Could be, but your lawyer should not be "forcing[you]to sign any agreement that[you]do not like at all", nor one with which your are in basic disagreement, period.
