Is my divorce final?

I recieved a paper from my wifes lawyer stating ''she moves for leave to take a nonsuit in this action and as grounds therefor states as follows: 1. she filed a bill of complaint herein against me and 2. I had not filed a counterclaim or other pleadings in the matter. Wherefore she moves that this action stand dismissed without prejudice to the brining of another action concerning any of the matters involved therein.'' I found this on-line:

It means simply that your wife has filed a formal request with the court to have her Bill Of Complaint For Divorce dismissed, with the right to refile it, bringing, if she so chooses, all the same allegations raised in the original "Bill", which you, apparently, never answered by filing formal legal papers, as was your right..
