my divorce was finalized december 9th 2009 and i did not have legal representation. how do i go back to court to have my ex be responsible for more regarding our children. the only thing he is mandated to pay is child support. kids reside with me and visits to him. the divorce papers dont spell out for him to cover no car insurance, no property taxes, etc. do i have a case?

No, probably not, if you mean now adding additional non-child support related items into the divorce settlement agreement which should have been dealt with before the decree was finalized. Nevertheless, however, you may wish to have a lawyer who handles divorces review your paperwork to make sure.
