divorce/ fraud

im an american . wife is also but originally from pakistan. married jan of 2005. but after seperation found out that she has been married in pakistan since 2003 and applied for husbands citizenship. cars are both in her name which she has in her posession as well as other items.But i payed 99 percnet of everything including her most of her bills.because she wasnt makin much money and we were married. but seems like she scammed me. do i try getting back during divorce or in a fraud case because marriage wasnt legal. she also has a house which i thought was her brothers but is now under her name solely. do i have entitlement to half the houses worth? both of us reside in northern va. i basically feel she scammed me in order to have her husband set up when he gets here. i have her a copy of her marriage cert from pakistan and workin on my bank statements. to show it was my money. also can i go to the magistrate to file a bygamy complaint. lookin for advice and rep. asap thank you

You have more than enough issues, Sir, to warrant an in depth consultation with an attorney in his or her office rather than attempting to elicit your information for a complicated legal situation from an online forum such as LawGuru.com which can only really provide cursory responses which would appear less than what is apparently needed in your particular situation.
