Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

How can I get a divorce if my husband has abandoned me and on the run from the law and I have no whereabouts except the state he is in? I am in virginia and he is in south carolina.

You can file for divorce even if(after making diligent efforts to locate your

husband) you are unable to find an address where he can be served with

the papers by requesting that the court allow you to publish the required

notice in a local newspaper for around three weeks in succession.
