how would i go about getting a divorce from my husband who has been deported?

You file the necessary papers with the clerk's office of your

local circuit court(civil division) and then send him the papers to

wherever he has been deported which he needs to sign indicating that

he has received them, waived various rights and, basically, will not

contest the divorce.
