My husband files for divorce behind my back. The cuircut court clerk said I need to file a ''Motion to Vacate'' but I can bot find anything on the court website. is there such a form? ifso, where can I find it

The motion to vacate probably doesn't exist as a form available from this particular circuit court.
This is a motion that is typically prepared and filed by an attorney.
