I want to divorce my husband . His only income is social security check each month. Can he ask for alimony from me?

Certainly, he can ask, but whether he would receive an award of alimony

by a court called upon to determine such an issue is quite a different

matter which would likely depend upon a variety of factors relevant

to the case.
