Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am currently going through a divorce and my husband has shown back up in town. Since he has shown up he has called non-stop and he seen us at the store and sped across the parking lot to get to me. The night before my other little boy had a ball game and showed up uninvited and unseen (he left a message telling me he was there) and then he called late and when I looked out the window when I didn't answer a car took off. He has visitation of our child but has not followed through with it. How should I deal with this situation and how will this affect the custody case?

These are matters which (in my opinion) you should take up with the attorney whom hopefully you've hired by now to represent you in your pending divorce.
