divorce issue

I live in virginia beach and have been seperated for 8 months, i just found out the ex want to buy a house with her boyfriend in moyock NC. per seperation agreement I have the kids a week she has them a week. One can she legally live with someone else with my kids now and 2 can she take them to a different state even though its only 45 min away. she hasnt told me shes looking there but she did say she got fired and applied for a job in moyock. What choices do I have on this subject do to the fact I signed the agreement?

If the issues which you've raised are not covered in the Property Settlement Agreement(PSA), then, yes, she very likely can.
