can i leave my home with my daughters if there is not physical abuse,my husband and i always disagree ,i am always wrong and he is always right, i,m at fault for every thing wrong from the children to dinner,finance

Sure, you could leave any time with the children, making reasonably certain, however, that you are only doing so under circumstances which would not leave you vulnerable to a charge of abandonment(a fault ground for divorce in the Commonwealth). Nevertheless, you likely would be quite well advised, however, to first seek some marriage counseling from a properly credentialed person before undertaking such a move.
