Can you legally be divorced if you have been seeing each other during your seperation period?

If "seeing each other" means having sex, then the

answer would be that one of the conditions for a no fault divorce in Virginia would not have been met for the required period of time.

Another question which might be worth asking: If the above is true, then why would y'all be divorcing?
