I got married in Hawaii, but I'm getting divorced in Fairfax, Virginia.

Do you know if there is a wait period for me to get re-married? If so, do I go by the Hawaii or Virgina law?

To play it safe, you should wait for 30 days, after which the divorce will immune from attack.
