i am 7 months pregnant and trying to get out of an abusive marriage i have been separated for 6months from him he wants nothing to do with my daughter and thats fine with me but what do i do about the divorce part of it

In another six months or so of continuous separation from the alleged abuser, you'll then be able to file for a no fault divorce from him.
