Divorce options

My husband of 4 years got a prostitute pregnant in the Panama and intends to provide financial support to her and the child. Can I claim the residence he intends to buy for her in that country as part of marital assets?

Sorry to hear about your terrible situation. The answer to your question is it depends. If he uses his salary or money acquired during the marriage to purchase the property or he makes mortgage payments with martial funds then yes you can claim it as marital property. It sounds like you should immeidately speak to attorney to protect yourself.
