Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Divorce

Hi, I have recently (2 weeks ago) told my wife that I cannot live her any longer (we cannot live together!, she is unstable, all we do is argue, she wants to move from VA (I don't), etc.)).

She just now informs me that she is pregnant (she says she's six weeks along). She wants to move out of state back home and I absolutely do not want to leave VA. She says she wants the money back that she has paid towards the mortgage, car loans, etc. Her argument is that she has been working but all of her income has gone towards debt (car, house, etc.) but not towards her debts (non-marital debt- her own previous debts). Does she have a right to get any money back? She is also argueing that she did not invest (IRA, 401k) while being married because her money was going towards the house, car, etc. (the house title is in my name, after we married, I re-finance the house and she signed papers saying that she did not want to be on the title.. what does this mean?

Re: Divorce

Better arrange for a consultation with a Virginia attorney who is appropriately experienced and knowledgeable in the Commonwealth's

domestic relations laws and procedures and who should be able to advise you concerning your particular situation.
