Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I got a divorce in 1998 and My ex recieves 38% of 50% of my retirement from the navy. At The time my kids were still young and I didn't fight it at the time. She remarried A military member so she still has an ID card and use of the commary and exchange. She is seperated from him as he is living in florida with his boy friend. She has no intention in getting a divorce. My current wife of 7 years is not in the best of health and not able to work full time so I could use the money better than her. There was a (no matter who) note next to the area where she is able to remarry and keep getting money from me. Do I even have a chance?

Better arrange for a consultation with an attorney who is experienced in Virginia

family law matters so that this individual can review the relevant paperwork in

your divorce case and particularly the note you've referenced in the context of the document of which it is a part, and who can then advise you, accordingly.
