Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I'm representing my Son,who is presently incarcerated,since the beginning of his court proceedings his wife supported him,over the last 6 months he found out she's become d involved with another Man.Is this considered Adultery,even though he's incarcerated and their still married.Would he be able to file on these grounds?
