Divorce

I have been separated since July 1991, there are no children ro property involved; but I don't have an address to find him, how hard and expsensiove will a divorce be in the state of VA?

Shouldn't be too hard; when you don't know the address of the defendant party in a divorce suit and have exercised due diligence to obtain it but without success, you can apply to the court for permission to publish what the law calls constructive notice to the defendant in a local newspaper which will usually run for four successive weeks in that particular local paper in order to establish that

the defendant has in fact received the required legal notice of the divorce suit.
