Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

In my divorce settlement it states that my ex is to put up for sale land acquired during the marriage and i am to be paid a sum when the land sells. He has taken the land off the market. What is my recourse?

Contact the attorney who (hopefully) was representing you in your divorce and discuss the

possibility of initiating an action against your former spouse known as a Rule to Show Cause (as to

why he should not be found in contempt of court and subject to appropriate sanctions).
