Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

divorce in another state once more

we both legally reside in VA, and were

married here. he is in the army and

uses his parent's address for tax

reasons.he wants to file for divorce

there, and i have never been there in

MI.how is this possible

It's quite possible, if Michigan is permitted to be considered his legal residence for divorce purposes in that state, and whether you've ever been (or lived) there makes no difference at all.
