I stay in the state of virginia and i just got a divorce which was final this year in march,can my wife take me back to court for alimony if the divorce is final?

Not unless the final decree contained a reservation of the right to apply to the court for alimony, or the agreement between the parties, if there was one, contained such reservation of right to seek alimony at a later date.
