Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Divorce
My wife and i have started our marriege and family in Virginia 8 years ago. we have three daughters together ages 3,5, and 8. Recently, my wife went to visit her family in Mississipi to provide care for her father. during that week i took care of the kids while she was there. While in Miss. she was around some old friends got drunk and committed adultry and now is pregnet with this persons child confirmed by a doctor. she has filed for divorce based on mental cruelty and is trying to get custody of the kid and move back to her family in Miss. My kids have a wonderful life hear my immediate family, their friends, great schools, a yard to play in with a swing set , and trmpoline. Can she do this and do you think a judge will let her move away from their father all the way to Miss.

Re: Divorce
Of course, your wife can do(whatever she's done thus far with respect to the custody issue). However, if you want to be awarded custody of these children, you will need to hire a lawyer to represent you to have any reasonable chance of even some success such as some kind of shared custody arrangement with the mother (in my opinion).
