Am I divorced?

My husband filed for an uncontested divorce. I recieved a copy of the filed complaint for divorce and I signed a waiver and returned it the same day. It has been 3 months and I have not received a Final Decree of Divorce. He called me and said that he no longer wants the divorce. He said he told his lawyer to cancel it. Can he stop the divorce after all the papers were already filed with the court and 3 months have gone by? I really want the divorce. How do I find out if I am divorced or not?

You are not divorced until the Final Decree has the judge's signature.
