Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex and I divorced in may/09 , we are still in the house we both own , and we are selling but he is unemployed and not looking and he will not be able to make his bills\ payments ( 1/2 of the house mortgage) he is saying he is going to bring his "girlfriend to live with us" so she can pay his share . Please help me . how do I get out of this situation ( the house has been in the market but is not selling)

Assuming that this house will not sell anytime soon in this depressed housing market, your best option under the circumstances described would likely involve your buying out your former spouse's interest in the property. Otherwise, as a co-owner, he can invite whomever he pleases to share the premises(including the girlfriend).
