Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was divorced in NV. My ex-spouse moved to VA and taken the children with her. The court allowed her to relocate and awarded her as the custodial parent.

If I relocate to VA, can I request the child custody be revisited?

Will my child support be more due to the cost of living in VA?

Sure you can.

Might be less in VA. Run this calculator: http://www.dss.virginia.gov/family/dcse_calc.cgi

You don't say which court did what. You may have some jurisdictional snags. You should retainer a Virginia attorney to help you.

Good luck.
