Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Me and the ex were divorced in the state of Ohio a few years ago. We tried to reconcile but it did not work out. We are both currently living in the state of Virginia. She wants to move back to Ohio and take my daughter with her. She is the custodial parent but we have joint custody as per our divorce. How can I keep her from moving my daughter away from me?

Have your Ohio decree domesticated, i.e., registered in the Virginia

circuit court in the locality where you currently reside and then request a hearing

on the issue to oppose it.
