Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I am divorced and she got a vehicle, which in the decree I was required to pay off. FF, she wrecked it and it was totalled. The loan was paid off by her insurance. They sent me the remainder because I am the legal owner. Am I required to pay her the amount above the loan amount? Divorce was in Virginia in 2007.

Whose name was on title and loan? What does Divorce Decree State? Did she sign any legal documents regarding the insurance? Good luck. Attorney Sheryl Shane. WEB: www.sherylshanelaw.com.
