Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I got divorced 3 years ago, divorce decree stated that my ex had 6 months to get the car refinanced in her name and she would make timely payments until then. She has now been 30 days delinquent 5 times? What can i do?

File a Petition for Rule to Show Cause and have her found in contempt of court. You will likely need an attorney to assist you. Good luck.
