Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i have been divorced for 3 years, and am now remarried. in our divorce i was responsible for 2 vehicle debts. i was forced to file chapter 7 a year ago and both vehicles were taken from me. my question is if the bank is coming after my exwife for 1 of the vehicles balance am i responsible to give her the money for it?

Yes, I believe that your former wife could make out an argument on these facts for an action to have you found in contempt of court for failing to take care of the two vehicle debts as you were apparently obligated to do in the divorce.
