Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Divorce-Final Judges Decision

The judge has made his final decision on the divorce and has charge her attorney to write the order within 10 days, that was over 45 days ago. They are wanting me to pay for something more, but I dont know what it is and my attorney is waiting on a letter from them. Do I have any leverage? Do I have any rights? This divorce process started in March of 2004. Thank you.

Re: Divorce-Final Judges Decision

How could anyone in this forum form any credible opinion regarding whatever "leverage" that you think you may have (or in fact may have) with respect to your pending divorce matter, without having knowledge of the many more facts which are relevant to your case?

Better ask your lawyer about this as that's part of (or should be)what you're paying her or him for.
