I am going through a divorce.I am trying to buy a car.If another person and I both apply for a loan for this car, would my spouse still be able to use that in a divorce as we split everything even though my name is not the only name on the car....

No, assuming this transaction was after you and your spouse separated and also subsequent to your agreement to "split everything".
