dna paternaty test

my son was murdered sept 30, 2008, his girlfriend is pregnant and due may 16th. how can i get a legal dna test to determine if my son is the father? we do have a t-shirt with blood on it from when he was killed- will this help to determine if its his child? note: the girl is willing to have the test as soon as the baby is born.

Well, let the mother ask for the test which you could offer to pay for.(Any number of private testing firms could do it, but you would want to use a reputable one whose results would not likely ever be questioned.)

And, yes, the bloody shirt should have a sufficient sample for the test to determine paternity.
