Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Domestic case and now separation

First a domestic violence case with

guilty plea and 6 months active and 2

years passive probation. Now the wife

left with the kids and what are my

visitation rights and access to call the

kids. Legally how can I make sure I

can call the kids as needed and meet

them without getting into any issues.

Lived in VA during the marriage and

domestic violence, now wife and kids

at Florida.
