Drug test for ex

I have full legal and physical custody of my child, my ex consistently changes her plans and is rarely around when she is supposed to be. She has recently been kicked out of the place she was living and I suspect it is because of drugs. Since I have full custody can I demand she take a drug test before she sees our child again?

Sure, you could make such a request to the court having jurisdiction over the matter, but you would be well advised to have more than your mere suspicion in terms of your evidence.
