Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

DSS in Va is getting ready to place my daughter with her father who has a founded case of sexual abuse against her. Plus he gave a handwritten confession that he "may have allowed her to touch his penis when she caught him masturbating. I have a copy of both the founded letter from DSS and the "confession." I need help and can't afford a lawyer.

So, go to the local J&DR;court in the city or county where the child

resides and ask for a hearing on the matter.
