due to me being a truck driver and i forgot about my court date what if i missed a court date for childs support in emporia va and jus found out they have a capron on me and now im bout to turn myself in what will they do

If you have a reasonable excuse (as any truck driver should have), just pay up

your back child support(if that is the reason for the hearing) and they'll

probably let you go with a not too severe admonition.
