egagement ring
my fiancee (the female) committed sucide should I get the egagement ring back? am I legally able to get it back?

If the ring was given as a gift to the deceased, it now belongs legally as property of her estate and you, having never married the unfortunate woman, would have no viable claim to it. (Of course, you could always inform the personal representative of her estate that you would very much appreciate having the ring back---for mainifestly sentimental reasons, of course.)
