How can I Emacipate my parents. And i am very mature for my ag
I am 16 years old. I live with my mother and her boyfriend. I do no like living there at all. I am graduating a year earlier from high school and i wish to emancipate my parents so i can move out and get on with my life. I am very responsible for my age and i am ready. I am willing to do what ever it takes. I make good grades in school when ever my mom doesn't say mean comments to be. When she or my father does it bothers me and sometimes effects my school work. what ever it takes i'll do.

Emancipation
At 16 you would have to prove a financial independence from your parents and another responsible adult who would be willing to mentor you. The Court will be concerned that you continue your education and have a safe place to live and an adult who could be responsible. The better method is for another adult to file for your custody. I have used this method sucessfully when a home situation is intolerable.

Emancipation is rarely a good idea for any young person. I see nothing in the circumstances which you've outlined in your question which in your case would suggest otherwise.
