emails used in court
Sepearted from wife in July. I logged into my wifes personal email account today and got emails from another man that discuss them meeting in a hotel. The email about the hotel was sent in Feb. Since I 'hacked' into her personal email account can I use these emails in court for a divorce? I signed an agreement giving her part of my retirement and now I want to change it.
Can I use the emails in court or are they not admissable?

If by "hacked", you mean you accessed your wife's email account without proper authority or permission and extracted(stole)compromising data or information, your wife's attorney would undoubtedly object to any use by you of any of these materials in any court proceedings or otherwise.
