Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

emancipation

I know there are certain things you have to do to get emancipated but how do you prove that it is good for you. I'll be 17. Living in an apartment with a friend. Going to school and working possibly 2 part time jobs. I want to move out for the benefit of me and my deeply in dept family. Is there anything else I would need to convince a judge?
