Emanicpation/child support

i have a friend who daughter that has graduated from high school in June 04.he has to go to court on Aug 2,04,his daughter has turned 18 before she graduated. will he beable to get his money back or at least 1/2 of the money from the time she turned 18 or graduated?(2)he also has another daughter who is 16 and will be working p/t does her income become a part of determenting how much child support he has to pay for the new modification of child suppport?any advise is helpful.thankx : )
