I am engaged to a man that has been separated from his wife for 2 years. We have planned to be married in January of 2012, yet his wife refused to move froward with there divorce.

This man who supposedly wants to marry you can "move forward" with this divorce (if he really wants to) irrespective of whether his wife really wants to or not.
