I need to establish paternity but my ex signed the paternity acknowledgement form. He isn't the father I was scared to tell him he wasn't an know I'm scared he will kidnap my child because he has rights

So, petition your local juvenile & domestic relations district court to

establish the correct paternity of the child and, perhaps, appropriate child support as well. (This assumes that you have a verifiable address for whom you believe to be the real biological father.)
