Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Estates in excess of $1.5 million

When going through the details of software involving wills, part of the information disclosed that the software was suitable for estates not exceeding $1.5 million. Do I need a special kind of will if my estate exceeds $1.5 or will any software do??

Re: Estates in excess of $1.5 million

Depends, apparently, on the software.

Any such will that you prepare (irrespective of the software) with the kinds of assets which you've mentioned, should be reviewed for errors by a Virginia attorney who is

appropriately knowledgeable and experienced with the laws governing wills and their preparation in the Commonwealth.
