eviction
can my husband kick me out of the house. I have 4 children not his, married for 3 years. My name is nowhere on the title. The house payment is made out of the joint account we have.

No, you still have a right to be in the marital home to which you may have a valid claim based upon your marriage and contributions, unless and until a court orders otherwise.
