Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My exgirlfriend and myself have two sons together. We have a shared custody arrangement. She has recently married another guy. Should his income be included with hers when calculating how much child support I need to pay her? Her and her husband both are Virginia residents.

No, her new spouse's income will not and cannot be included as

part of the mother's income under the Virginia Child Support Guidelines

as this spouse has absolutely no legal obligation with respect to suppporting

this particular child.
