Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex-husband is an airline pilot. He prefers to work weekends (making more money) and be off during the week. I work during the week and would like a free weekend once in awhile. He recently said that someone told him that Virginia law states that weekends are flexible in the summer. He states that he can choose any three day block twice a month rather than having two weekends. Is this true?

I am not aware of any such Virginia law.
