how

my exhusband had custody to my kid but my kids want to be with me. how can i have my kids and they are in california,and Im here in Virginia

If the kids have been in California for six months or more, California would likely now have jurisdiction over the issue of custody, and you would need to file for custody there and with the assistance of a California attorney, if at all possible.
