My ex-husband and I still live in the same house because we have not been able to sell it. I recently remarried. Can my ex-husband prevent my new husband from moving in with me?

No, not as long as you're still a co-owner of the property, but, needless to say, what you're proposing would appear to be almost a sure recipe for future

domestic trouble in that particular household.
